                                            HEALTHY LIFESTYLE


 FOOD :

Healthy eating in very important for you and your body. So you shouldn't eat food with sugar and a lot of fat. If  you like to have body without a layer of fat, you have to  eat a lot of vegetables, fruits and proteins and you will have firm and muscular body.
                      
 SCHOOL:

If you like to have good marks in school you have to study every day, do you homework , listen you teacher and be nice with your classmates.
                 

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL:

Drugs and alcohol are very bed for you . If you will smoke is big chance to get a lung cancer and you can die very young. 

                         
RELATIONSHIPS:

Intercourse and very dangerous in teens because if the man and women aren't  careful women can become pregnant or they can infect with virus HIV.
                 

EXERCISE:
You should do a lot exercises and you won't be fat.If you don't like do exercises you can help clean the house or play whit you animal.
