Healthy lifestyle

Food
For healthy lifestyle you should eating a lot of carbohydrates,fruits and vegetables which contain a lot of vitamins and minerals.You shouldn't eat a lot of meat products and candys. You should drink a water.
Exercise
You should do a lot of exercise and you have to deal with sport like football, because than you wont't be fat.You shouldn't be all time in house and  watch TV.You have to go in nature.
Drugs and alcohol
You shouldn't take drugs and drink alcohol,because is danger for your healthy.You shouldn't smoke because is danger for you chest.
